As Aternity SaaS customers probably know, we have the ability to integrate Aternity service desk alerts into ServiceNow so that they automatically generate incidents on the ServiceNow incident list. Aternity Incidents are generated in ServiceNow via a free "app" available to ServiceNow customers available on the ServiceNow Store. (read more about this in the Aternity help article). We're looking for customers who also want to integrate with ServiceNow Event Management module, so we can gauge demand for this work. If using Aternity and SeviceNow, please let us know.Thanks!
