Hotmail not connecting

Hi all,

 

I implemented a SteelHead SaaS for Office365 and the customer uses the Outlook desktop application to connect to its Office365 account and a personal account (Hotmail). After I deployed the cloud service only the Office365 is connecting through Outlook program (Microsoft Office Package). 

 

I searched everywhere and didn't find any paper explaining how is possible to use both accounts on Outlook desktop application.

 

There is anyone with the same issue?

    I'm facing the exact same problem...

     

    I really would like to know how to fix this issue... In lab, using my personal accounts, I can see that I connect to different IPs when using hotmail and office 365 accounts inside outlook client. This way, I can make a rule to pass-throught when I'm trying to connect to the hotmail server IP and ceases the problem, but, in the real implementation, both hotmail and office 365 accounts communicates with the same servers.
