Hotmail not connecting

Hi all,


I implemented a SteelHead SaaS for Office365 and the customer uses the Outlook desktop application to connect to its Office365 account and a personal account (Hotmail). After I deployed the cloud service only the Office365 is connecting through Outlook program (Microsoft Office Package). 


I searched everywhere and didn't find any paper explaining how is possible to use both accounts on Outlook desktop application.


There is anyone with the same issue?
