I have a CMC appliance that is behaving in a weird way.
When I log in on the GUI, it was taking the password, logging in successfully, but immediately logging out and throwing me back to the login screen.
Then I tried logging in to the CLI and got the following message:
% Management back end unavailable. Continuing with reduced functionality.
After that the GUI is not accepting the password anymore (same password works on CLI) and is giving an invalid credentials error.
I believe the only option here is to reboot the appliance from the CLI, however, wanted to see if there is any other option to see some logs before that? Or should I open a case with Riverbed support?
