Outbound traffic breakdown by host pair with port

Sara Whang

I want to recreate the table below using steelscript (table data left out on purpose).  I obtained the table below by using the 'interface report' selection. (Further screenshot at the bottom)

I am able to get at results close to this using steelscript, but I can't get the exact criteria I'm looking for yet.

For example:

1)using the sample script in steelscript (./steelscript/steelscript-workspace/netprofiler-examples/traffic_summary.py, I can get the top host pairs with ports by avg bits/s, but I can't limit it to outbound traffic.  (There's no parameter like 'direction' to indicate 'outbound', which is available in the WANSummaryReport).

2) Using the wan_report.py sample script (which uses WANSummaryReport and WANTimeSeriesReport), I can narrow things down to outbound traffic, but I cannot get it broken down by host pairs (with ports). (I tried the param "--groupby hpr ", but I get an error saying groupby is not supported, most likely not supported in WANTimeSeriesReport and WANSummaryRepoert)

What report object in steelscript would you recommend I use, and with what parameters? Thanks in advance!

Just in case, here's a screenshot of how I obtained the table:
