Signature to Monitor WebEx Launch

Launch WebEx to 100 Percent – this monitors:

  • Clicking “Meet Now” in Outlook (at least 2016) until the 98% screen has passed (gone to 100%) and the screen goes blank before rendering the participants
  • In Firefox, once you’ve entered your name and email, hitting Enter to start the WebEx until the 98% screen has passed (goes to 100%) and the screen goes blank before rendering the participants (please note I couldn’t create one for when the user clicks “Join” in Firefox due to lack of suitable events
  • In IE, once you’ve entered your name and email, hitting Enter to start the WebEx until the 98% screen has passed (goes to 100%) and the screen goes blank before rendering the participants
  • In IE, once you’ve entered your name and email, clicking Join to start the WebEx until the 98% screen has passed  (goes to 100%) and the screen goes blank before rendering the participants        
  • In Chrome, once you’ve entered your name and email, hitting Enter to start the WebEx until the 98% screen has passed  (goes to 100%) and the screen goes blank before rendering the participants
  • In Chrome, once you’ve entered your name and email, clicking Join to start the WebEx until the 98% screen has passed  (goes to 100%) and the screen goes blank before rendering the participants
  • An availability alert that can be set if the user tries to close the browser before 100% by trying to click the upper right X to close the window (there’s no good way to track doing this with trying to end the process in Task Manager and I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue, so I’m hopeful this is close enough)

Launch WebEx to Participants Showing – this monitors:

  • Clicking “Meet Now” in Outlook (at least 2016) until the Participants pane (Host and others) renders in the right hand pane
  • In Firefox, once you’ve entered your name and email, hitting Enter to start the WebEx until the Participants pane (Host and others) renders in the right hand pane
  • In IE, once you’ve entered your name and email, hitting Enter to start the WebEx until the Participants pane (Host and others) renders in the right hand pane
  • In IE, once you’ve entered your name and email, clicking Join to start the WebEx until the Participants pane (Host and others) renders in the right hand pane
  • In Chrome, once you’ve entered your name and email, hitting Enter to start the WebEx until the Participants pane (Host and others) renders in the right hand pane
  • In Chrome, once you’ve entered your name and email, clicking Join to start the WebEx until the Participants pane (Host and others) renders in the right hand pane

Launch WebEx to Audio Connection Showing (this is where you can have it call your phone) – this monitors:

  • Clicking “Meet Now” in Outlook (at least 2016) until the Audio Connections panel pops up and is available to click on
  • In Firefox, once you’ve entered your name and email, hitting Enter to start the WebEx until the Audio Connections panel pops up and is available to click on
  • In IE, once you’ve entered your name and email, hitting Enter to start the WebEx until the Audio Connections panel pops up and is available to click on
  • In IE, once you’ve entered your name and email, clicking Join to start the WebEx until the Audio Connections panel pops up and is available to click on
  • In Chrome, once you’ve entered your name and email, hitting Enter to start the WebEx until the Audio Connections panel pops up and is available to click on
  • In Chrome, once you’ve entered your name and email, clicking Join to start the WebEx until the Audio Connections panel pops up and is available to click on
